Warranty Policy

All ADAM elements (hereinafter referred to as “ADAM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) products are manufactured using high-quality components and are subject to rigorous production standards and quality control procedures to ensure a consistently excellent user experience.

To ensure full warranty coverage, we kindly recommend keeping your proof of purchase. Failure to provide valid proof of purchase may limit your access to full warranty benefits. If the product exhibits abnormal behavior during use, we may request relevant photos or videos to assist our technical team in assessment. Should the issue be determined to be a functional defect not caused by misuse or external factors, we will provide a replacement with an identical or equivalent new product, subject to availability.

This limited warranty does not cover any direct or indirect damages, or any incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the product. In addition to the rights provided under this policy, you may be entitled to other legal rights depending on your jurisdiction. If you request warranty service outside of the original country of purchase, please provide the original purchase invoice. Warranty services will be offered in accordance with the local policies applicable in your region.

We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are committed to honoring the terms of this policy and to safeguarding your rights as a consumer.

This limited warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper installation. Minor cosmetic wear resulting from normal use is also excluded from coverage. We reserve the right to make changes to the product’s design, materials, or specifications at any time, without prior notice to any individual or entity.

 

Global Warranty Service with Product Registration

Register your purchased product on the official ADAM elements website to enjoy global warranty coverage.

In accordance with our limited warranty policy, all ADAM products come with a one or three years limited warranty. By registering your product on the ADAM elements website, you may qualify for an extended warranty period.

Once your registration and warranty application are approved, the warranty will automatically be extended to three years from the original purchase date. Unless otherwise specified (e.g., for power banks), the actual warranty period is based on the information listed on the product packaging or on the ADAM elements official website.

You may check your warranty approval and activation status in the My Account section approximately 7–14 days after submitting your application. The warranty start date is based on the purchase date.

Please retain your proof of purchase or a photo of your receipt. If no valid proof of purchase is provided, the warranty period will begin three months after the product’s official launch date and will remain valid for either one year or three years, depending on registration status.
